Find Us

We read everything that comes through our contact form, from questions about feeding a group to corrections and topic requests. If you’ve got a question about ordering catered Italian food, serving it well, or storing what’s left over, we want to hear from you. The Courier exists to answer the things people wonder about when they’re planning a meal around Italian food for more than a few people.

Reach Out Anytime

You can reach us through the contact form on this page. We read every message and we’ll write back with thoughts, answers, or the start of the next guide.

What to Send Us

We’re looking for the real questions that come up when you’re ordering catered food. Write about what makes you hesitate before placing an order, what comes as a surprise when the food arrives, or what you wish you’d known about keeping it hot or cold or turning it into something new the next day. Tell us about problems you’ve run into, or things that worked better than you expected. If you know a shortcut that makes the day easier, we’d love to hear it.

We also want corrections. If you’ve found something on the Courier that isn’t right, or if you know of a better way to do something we’ve written about, send that in. And if there’s a topic we haven’t covered that you think belongs here—about planning the order, getting the timing right, setting up service, handling what’s left—tell us what it is.

Topics That Matter to Us

The questions before you order. What to ask a caterer or restaurant about their minimum, their setup, how they handle timing if your guests arrive in waves. How to estimate headcount when you don’t know exactly who’s coming. What dishes travel well and what doesn’t. Whether to order hot food or cold, and what difference it makes. How to get the price right without surprises.

Once the food arrives. How to keep pasta hot without drying it out. How cold food should stay cold, and whether there’s a difference between sitting outside for two hours versus four. How to set up a buffet that makes sense. How long you can hold food safely, and where the real limits are. How to store the leftovers and what you can make from them. What to do with sauce and bread and the odd half-full tray.

Send a Message

The form below is the way to reach us. There’s no phone line and no email inbox that isn’t this form—it’s how we stay focused and how we make sure every message gets a real response. Fill it out with whatever’s on your mind about feeding a group Italian food, and we’ll write back.

What Happens After

Most questions that come through turn into an update to one of our guides, or they start a new one. If we’re going to answer your question here on the Courier, we’ll let you know when it’s live. Corrections get fixed, and we send a note back thanking you.
